David graduated from Bethlehem College & Seminary in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2014 with the intention of pursuing a career in church ministry. However, upon graduation, an unexpected opportunity led him to begin his career in sales at a family-owned wooden pallet recycler and manufacturer.

In 2017, David moved back to Boston as a native New Englander and began his venture into commercial real estate. After only a few short years of learning the industry, David earned the CoStar Power Broker Award for industrial leasing in 2020 and 2021, representing landlords and tenants in transactions with companies such as Amazon Logistics, United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, FW Webb Company, Granite City Electric, Turtle & Hughes, Unified Global Packaging Group, Polar Beverage, and others. Early success in the business, along with support from clients and industry colleagues, propelled David to the next chapter of his career.

In 2023, David founded Prescott with the vision of creating a company that operates with the values of Honor, Purpose, Generosity, and Joy. Prescott focuses on transactions in the industrial, warehousing, distribution, and IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) sectors. David’s approach blends strategic insight with a deep commitment to client satisfaction, making him a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate landscape. His foresight and dedication have been instrumental in shaping Prescott into a leading firm known for its integrity, expertise, and results-driven approach.

Vin's distinguished career spans over 25 years, highlighted by his influential role as Chief Operating Officer at J.C. Cannistraro, one of Boston’s premier mechanical contractors. During his tenure, Vin played a key role in delivering high-profile projects, leaving an indelible mark on landmarks like Gillette Stadium, the Boston Convention Center, and Boston Medical Center, among others. His strategic leadership and operational expertise were crucial to the successful execution of these landmark developments, establishing him as a respected figure in the industry.

In 2016, Vin transitioned into real estate brokerage, spending three years leading a boutique firm in Arlington, where he refined his knowledge of both real estate and real estate law. This experience paved the way for his next major venture: joining the founding team of Prescott.

Ellen Garthoff is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a background in institutional financial research at Greenwich Associates and securities brokerage at Gruntal & Company. She brings a global perspective to the commercial brokerage industry, having spent fifteen years in Hong Kong and Singapore. Ellen began her real estate brokerage career in 2005 and has completed transactions in numerous New England states, representing large industrial clients, including Methuen Construction, Lilly’s Pasta, EquipmentShare, Zoll Medical, Lynnway Auto Auction, Impact Church, and many others.

Devon Wagner, raised in Ashburnham, MA, entered the world of commercial real estate in 2022 after five years in the construction industry. Since transitioning to commercial real estate, Devon has demonstrated a vigorous work ethic, attention to detail, and persistence in communication. Above all, he is most concerned with doing good business for the benefit of his clients, showing a knack for putting together deals that may be particularly difficult to navigate. Devon is a husband and father of two, and enjoys all forms of sports, particularly ice hockey. He fits right into Prescott’s culture of honor, purpose, generosity, and joy.
