The Prescott Story

Founded in 2023, Prescott was inspired by the legacy of Dr. Samuel Prescot, a hero of the American Revolution. Dr. Prescott met Paul Revere in the early hours of April 19, 1775, as Revere was on a mission to warn the people of Concord and Lexington, Massachusetts, with the message: “The British are coming!” As a trusted local family advisor, Dr. Prescott knew that Revere’s message would be met with skepticism, and the townspeople might not listen. Understanding this, Dr. Prescott took it upon himself to address the townspeople in a way that caused them to respond with alacrity to the warning message. His efforts resulted in a quick and decisive response, mobilizing the militia against the British and keeping the American forces from being taken out before the war began.
Here at Prescott, our advisors operate with the same spirit as our namesake, Dr. Samuel Prescott. Our business philosophy is aligned with the values of Honor, Purpose, Generosity, and Joy. These principles guide our interactions with clients, customers, and fellow real estate professionals. We ensure that our practices and endeavors adhere to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) Code of Ethical Principles.
